Ingredients You'll Need:
1 wheel of brie cheese: Opt for a quality brie that is ripe but not overly runny.
Olive tapenade: Make your own (pitted green olives sliced, mix of herbs, confit garlic, chilli, olive oil) or buy from the supermarket.
Crackers, sliced baguette or apple slices: For serving.
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 200°C.
Bake Until Golden: Place the brie on a baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 7 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette or apple slices for dipping and the olive tapenade.
